BRAND AMBASSADOR TERMS & CONDITIONS 

By submitting an application to become a brand ambassador, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

 

1. I give permission to Sun Vixen Swimwear, the right to investigate all of the information provided as part of the application process, as well as, their requirements to secure additional information, if necessary. I further understand that this includes, but is not limited to, such activities as checking my social media accounts and conducting other background checking to verify my credentials as a suitable ambassador for the company 

2. I understand that as a brand ambassador I must be capable of performing these functions:

   • The brand ambassador should create original content that is decent, honest, and factual. 

   • An approval from the Sun Vixen Swimwear before uploading the content. 

   • The approved created content will be shared by the brand ambassador to his/her chosen social media platform as stated in the original application to become a brand ambassador  

3. Sun Vixen Swimwear can request the brand ambassador to add tags, links, or titles in the description of the uploaded media

4. The content must be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used 

5. The content must not contain any vulgar language or be otherwise inappropriate and should be suitable for all ages 

6. A brand ambassador must be 18 years or older

7. I certify that all of the statements made in this application are made in good faith and these statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge 

8. I understand that my application does not assure me of employment. Additionally, this application in no way obligates Sun Vixen Swimwear in any way

9. If I am chosen, I acknowledge that my role, as a brand ambassador, will be employed at will and that no specified time of employment is promised or implied. Sun Vixen Swimwear or I may terminate the relationship at will, at any time, so long as there is no violation of applicable federal and state laws

10. I further understand that this application constitutes an agreement for this position

11. I understand that any misleading or incorrect statements or failure to complete any part of this application not prohibited by law may render this application void and would cause immediate dismissal

12. I understand that the information provided in this application will be retained for a period of six months following the date of submission. Where necessary, the company may require additional information or re-application to remain in consideration of employment after that time

13. I have read and agree to these terms and conditions and hereby provide my consent for background and reference checks based on the information provided in this application
