RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be excited about your purchase. If it doesn’t fit or just isn’t what you expected returns are easy.

 

Send an email to returns@sunvixen.com. Include the order number, the name of the person who placed the order, the product name, the SKU of the item you would like to return and the reason for the return.

 

We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label if you're located in the USA or Canada. Follow the return process for your country. Your return must be postmarked within 15 days from the date your order was delivered to your address, or local post office, to be eligible for a refund.


To receive a refund

 

1. All of the original tags must be attached, including the hygiene liner on swimwear

2. Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of deodorant stains and pet hair inside and out, and free of odors

3. Returns must be accompanied by all extras included with purchase, for example, sunglasses must be returned with the case and swimwear must have their removable straps included and still attached if applicable

4. Refunds will be credited back to you via the method the original payment was made with, less a fee of $15 CAD, once the merchandise is received and inspected by Sun Vixen Swimwear

5. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. It may take up to 10 business days for the credit amount to be recorded on your payment method statement

6. All items discounted by 30% or more are final sale. Any products purchased on sale at a promotional discount of 30% or greater are not eligible for returns, refunds or store credit

7. Earrings, foot jewelry, and soak wash are final sale

8. When an item is purchased as part of a promotion and a return disqualifies the original purchase from the promotion, the promotion will be deducted from the return amount

9. If you choose to purchase shipping to complete a return, your shipping charges will not be reimbursed


We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

 

Please ensure your return is eligible and meets the criteria of our return policy. Returned items that are not compliant may be returned to the customer at their expense or the customer may be issued store credit less a return fee of $15 CAD at the sole discretion of Sun Vixen Swimwear

  • your email or customer name from your original purchase

  • the product name and SKU of the item(s) you would like to return

  • the reason for your return - please include a reason for each individual item

 

We'll email you a prepaid shipping label.  Attach it over the original shipping label on the box your order came in leaving the logo on the top of the box visible. Bring it to any Canada Post location

 

We do not accept COD deliveries

We'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Attach it over the original shipping label on the box your order came in leaving the logo on the top of the box visible. Follow the instructions in the email to complete your return
