RETURN POLICY
We want you to be excited about your purchase. If it doesn’t fit or just isn’t what you expected returns are easy. Send us an email to sunvixen@sunvixen.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
In the email include the order number, the name of the person who placed the order, product name and SKU of the item you would like to return
To receive your refund:

All the original tags must be attached including the hygiene liner on swimwear

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all tags attached

Returns must be accompanied by all extras included with purchase, for example, sunglasses must be returned with the case

Refunds will be credited back to the account or card that made the original purchase once the merchandise is received by Sun Vixen Swimwear.

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. It may take up to 10 business days for the credit amount to be recorded on your credit card statement

All items purchased on sale or a discount of 30% or more are final sale. Any products purchased at a promotional discount of 30% or greater are not eligible for returns, refunds or store credit

Send us an email to sunvixen@sunvixen.com with the title RETURN
In the email include:

the order number from your purchase (It can be found in the order summary sent with your purchase or in the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order)

your email or customer name from your original purchase

the product name and SKU of the item(s) you would like to return
We will send you a prepaid shipping label. Attach it to the box your order came in and bring it to any Canada Post location
We do not accept COD deliveries

In the email include:

the invoice number from your purchase (It can be found in the order summary sent with your purchase or in the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order)

your email or customer name from your original purchase

the product name and SKU of the item(s) you would like to return
We will send you a prepaid shipping label. Follow the instructions sent to you with your prepaid label

Sending a return from outside Canada or the US
Send us an email to sunvixen@sunvixen.com to let us know you want to make a return
Shipping for returns from outside Canada or the US are paid by the customer
