  1. The entrant must be following @sunvixenswimwear on Instagram to be eligible to win

  2. The contest is open worldwide

  3. The winner, if from outside Canada or the USA, must pay associated shipping costs. Sun Vixen Swimwear will not be responsible for any shipping, duties, or other associated fees

  4. Entrant must be 18 years or older

  5. No purchase is necessary to enter

  6. By entering this contest you have indicated your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

  7. Multiple entries are allowed. 

  8. Contest closes on 17/10/23

  9. The winner will be announced on 20/10/23 on our giveaway page

  10. Sun Vixen Swimwear reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest dates and these terms and conditions without notice

  11. The winner will win a swimsuit of their choice (Up to $200) from our giveaway page 

  12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered

  13. The prize is not transferable 

  14. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice

  15. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Sun Vixen Swimwear 

  16. If the winner does not claim the prize within 10 days of the announcement, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner

  17. Sun Vixen Swimwear’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into

  18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity materials

  19. Sun Vixen Swimwear reserves the right to cancel the contest without notice
