STANDARD SHIPPING
Canada standard shipping orders are shipped via Intelcom, Canada Post, UPS or ICS Courier.
USA standard shipping orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Outside Canada or the USA standard shipping orders are shipped via Ascendia.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Canada expedited shipping orders are shipped via Intelcom, Canada Post, UPS or ICS Courier.
USA expedited shipping orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING
USA DHL express shipping orders are shipped via DHL.
Outside Canada or the USA DHL express shipping orders are shipped via DHL.
1. We use a range of carriers to ship orders. We select a carrier based on the shortest quoted timeline of delivery, based on the selected shipping option, at the time the order is shipped.
2. All orders are shipped with tracking included.
3. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to the address associated with the order as soon as the order has been shipped.
4. All orders are delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
5. Orders will be left on the doorstep of the delivery address and marked delivered on the tracking number.
6. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is a safe and secure place for a package to be delivered and left on the doorstep.
7. To ensure a package is not left on the doorstep at the delivery address, leave specific instructions in the delivery instructions section at checkout. Customers can also put a short instruction on the second line of the address section of the shipping address.
8. It is the responsibility of the customer to request packages not be left at the doorstep or to request additional signature confirmation of delivery if required.
9. Sun Vixen Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping company has confirmed delivery to the shipping address associated with the order and the tracking number has been marked delivered.
10. Duties and taxes may apply for international shipments according to local legislation. The customer is responsible to pay any customs fees associated with their order. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which case the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
